☀️ Before Sun Exposure
Apply a generous, even layer to exposed areas of the body before sunbathing. Massage and spread thoroughly so the product is distributed evenly across the skin.

🏖️ For Tanning
Use on areas where you want to develop a deeper, more even-looking tan. Pay particular attention to shoulders, arms, legs, abdomen and other areas exposed to direct sunlight.

🛡️ Important SPF Guidance
This product provides SPF 10 — low protection. For stronger sun protection, especially during intense sun exposure, use an appropriate higher-SPF sunscreen. Apply your sunscreen first, allow it to absorb, and then apply the tanning jam.

💦 During Beach or Pool Use
Although the product is water resistant, reapply regularly and especially after swimming, sweating or towel drying.

🌴 For Best Results
Apply evenly rather than concentrating a large amount in one area. Regular application helps maintain conditioned, soft-feeling skin while tanning.

⚠️ Avoid excessive sun exposure, particularly during peak sunlight hours. SPF 10 does not provide high protection against UV radiation.
