Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase from EUGOUS. If an item is not right for you, you do not like it, or you simply change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and, where applicable, in its original unopened packaging.

To request a return, please contact us through our Contact Us page. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, did not like the product, or the product was not suitable for you, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping charges, if paid by the customer, are non-refundable for returns made for these reasons.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

After reviewing the issue, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or a refund.

If the item needs to be returned because it was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped by EUGOUS, EUGOUS will cover the return shipping cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics, personal care products, and oral care products cannot be returned.

Food products cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened.

Exceptions apply if an item was received damaged or defective, or if an incorrect item was shipped by EUGOUS.

Exchanges

If you would like a different product, the fastest option is to return the eligible item and, once the return has been approved, place a new order for the desired product.
