How to Use

πŸ‘… Tongue Cleaning

1. Apply 1–2 drops of gel to the bristles of the Tongue Cleaner.
2. Gently spread the gel across the tongue.
3. Turn the Tongue Cleaner over to the scraper side.
4. Draw the scraper gently from the back of the tongue toward the front to remove loosened coating.
5. Rinse your mouth with water.
6. Rinse the Tongue Cleaner thoroughly with warm water after use.

For regular tongue care, use 1–2 times daily. The manufacturer recommends replacing the Tongue Cleaner after approximately 4–6 weeks of regular use.

🦷 Interdental Cleaning

1. Apply 1–2 drops of gel to a Dental Pick.
2. Carefully insert the pick between the teeth.
3. Gently clean the interdental space without forcing the pick.
4. Repeat where needed.
5. Rinse your mouth with water.
6. Clean the Dental Pick with warm water after use.
