🥛 Easy 30-Second Routine

For best results, use twice daily after brushing your teeth.

1. Measure approximately 0.68 fl oz (20 ml) of mouthwash.
2. Use undiluted — no water needs to be added.
3. Rinse thoroughly around the mouth for at least 30 seconds.
4. Spit out completely.
5. Do not swallow.
