👅 With a Tongue Cleaner

Apply 1–2 drops to the bristles of your tongue cleaner. Gently spread the gel across the tongue. Turn the cleaner over and use the scraper to remove loosened coating, working carefully from back to front.

Rinse your mouth with water and clean the tongue cleaner with warm water after use.

🦷 With Interdental Brushes or Dental Picks

Apply 1–2 drops directly to the interdental brush or dental pick. Gently clean the spaces between the teeth, allowing the gel to reach areas that are difficult to access with a regular toothbrush.
