🪥 Two Simple Steps

1. Brush
Extend your tongue and gently draw the bristle side from back to front several times using light, even pressure. The rounded bristles help loosen tongue coating.

For enhanced cleaning, a small amount of One Drop Only Tongue & Interdental Gel can be applied between the two rows of bristles.

2. Scrape
Turn the Tongue Cleaner over and gently draw the scraper side from back to front to remove the loosened coating.

Rinse the cleaner thoroughly with water after use.

For best results, use 1–2 times daily after brushing your teeth. Replace the Tongue Cleaner approximately every 4–6 weeks with regular use.

Use gentle, even pressure when cleaning the tongue.

Do not scrape aggressively or apply excessive pressure to sensitive tissue.

Rinse thoroughly after every use and allow to dry.
